                        Some of the benefits of regular massage during pregnancy are:

      •  It helps to prevent and reduce swelling and puffiness in your hands and feet,

      •  Headaches, anxiety, stress and insomnia can be reduced,

 

      •  Muscle tension is relieved whilst strength and tone can improve in preparation for labour,

 

                        In addition to all of this, massage promotes relaxation and ensures that you take time out for yourself.  It helps you to unwind, manage

                        anxiety and feel calm.  Massage really is an excellent way to promote a healthy and happy pregnancy!

                        £20 for a Mum-To-Be Back Massage lasting 30mins (consultation included)
